Mechanical Maintenance

We provide mechanical maintenance on many types of mechanical systems & equipment, machines & components, including: cement mills, kilns, motors, mechanical drives, rotors, filters, fans, gears, bearings, explosion vents, air tanks, blowers, compressors, conveyors, pumps, pipes, mobile equipment etc.

 

Our activities:

We are responsible to:

  • Service machines before any failure or breakdown occurs;

  • Quickly return machines to operation in the event of a failure or breakdown;

  • Modifying, repairing or replacing systems and equipment;

  • Participating in Risk Assessments and Permit to Work preparation.

Steel constructions

Our activities & responsibilities:

  • Cutting, assembling and repairing steel structures; 

  • Use a range of cutting and shaping tools and equipment to prepare sections for assembly;

  • Use a variety of standard welding and bolting processes to assemble and join materials in engineering workshops and on site;

  • Working at heights;

  • Completing the processes safely, quickly and economically;

  • Organizing good site co-ordination for a smooth running project;

  • Avoiding the risk of accidents and delays;

  • Selecting the adequate rigging methods and devices;

  • Providing safe access and working positions;

  • Safe placing of steel components;

  • Providing stability and structural adequacy of the part-erected structure, etc.

Lifting operations & Erection

Our activities:

  • Erection of machinery, equipment, structural steelwork etc;

  • Assembly of steel components;

  • Lifting and placing components into position and connecting them together;

  • Bolting;

  • Welding;

  • Aligning.

During the erection we are closely following the below listed tasks:

  • Establishing that the location is suitable and safe for erection to commence;

  • Lifting and placing components into position, by using cranes, jacking or another adequate lifting equipment;

  • Obeying safe access and working positions;

  • Safe lifting and placing of machinery, parts or components;

  • Stability and structural adequacy of the erected structure.
